RE-MANUFACTURER (SELLER) certifies the quality of defective compressors caused by improper workmanship and material. SELLER does not warrant defects caused by conditions or forces outside of SELLER’S control including but not limited to:

1. Acts of God
2. Improper installation
3. Installation on contaminated systems
4. Misuse
5. Neglect
6. Improper voltage
7. Improper system design
8. Repairs or tampering by unauthorized persons
9. Moisture in system
10. Liquid slugging

The primary objective is to give the customer the best service possible. This is especially useful when dealing with warranty compressors. The SELLER sends out a replacement compressor as soon as possible. If the compressors in stock , SELLER will have a replacement ready for pick up or delivery that day. However, if it is a specialty or rare compressor your compressor will be placed at the top priority and ready as soon as possible.

Compressors that do fail within the warranty period must be returned freight prepaid to the SELLER, so that a warranty inspection can be carried out on the compressor in question.

The warranty replacement compressor that is sent out to you is considered WPI (warranty pending inspection) Once the compressor in question is returned, a warranty inspection is performed on the warranty compressor and documentation is provided to you concerning the report. If the customer so desires and informs the SELLER ahead of time, a report and pictures may be emailed.

If the details of the failure fall within the limits of warranty, the SELLER will issue a credit memo to the person or name which is on the original invoice

This Limited Warranty is extended only to the person or firm whose name appears specifically on the face of the sales invoice As the purchaser of a compressor. This limited warranty is effective for one (1) year from the date of the sales invoice. It shall apply to compressors re-manufactured by SELLER unless modified by Seller, in writing, on the sales invoice. SELLER also provides customers with the option of purchasing an extended warranty of up to five total ears on most compressors. The balance of the extended warranty is assigned to the second invoice.

The Buyer’s sole remedies are limited to repair of defective compressors caused by improper workmanship or material. Under no circumstances shall SELLER be liable to the Purchaser, whose name appears on the sales Invoice, or any third party for any loss or damage, direct, consequential or incidental, arising out of the use or failure of the compressor. All warranty repair work shall be performed free on board (F.O.B) at the Seller’s place of business by Seller’s authorized personnel.

This Limited Warranty does not apply to defects caused by conditions or forces outside the Seller’s control, including but not limited to: Acts of God, improper installation, installation on contaminated systems, misuse, neglect, improper voltage, Improper system design, repairs or tampering by unauthorized persons, moisture in system, or liquid slugging.

In case of BURNT OUT SYSTEMS, this Limited Warranty shall not be applicable and is expressly EXCLUDED UNLESS The following conditions precedent were performed by Buyer: The entire system is thoroughly cleaned and suction line filters and liquid line dryers are installed prior to compressor start up. Seller reserves the right to determine whether in fact these procedures were undertaken by Buyer.

THIS IS A LIMITED WARRANTY. EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED HEREIN, SELLER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE MERCHANTABILITY OF THE GOODS PURCHASED HERE-UNDER OR TO THEIR FITNESS FOR BUYER’S PURPOSE.

There are NO Extended Warranties available on:

• Refrigeration compressors, including ice machines
• Transportation compressors
• Copeland Discus series
• Carrier 6G series.
• Carrier 5H46,66,86,126
• Any compressor using refrigerant other than R-12 or R-22

Cost:

One (1) year extension only 20% of cost.
Two (2)-Five (5) year extension is 12.5% of cost for each year. Inquire for more details.
