I just wanted to drop you a note thanking you for helping us get out of the jam we had when our pump for the condensate line failed last week.  Your response in helping us locate a replacement pump through your network and expediting for us has paid dividends by allowing us to capture and re-use the condensate, which in-turn, saves on energy costs.

Also, the savings you provided vs. cost of new was excellent .  Based on quotes for new we have estimated a savings of $5800.00.

We have been on the Xplorer Die-formed ringset program for over twelve years and there is no way we will ever go back to cutting packing. I like the fact that we get the exact amount, a custom fit and the right material for each application, every time. We contacted Aftermarket Xplorer to reverse engineer the wear parts for our refiners. We provide the parts and they took care of the rest , including recommending cast materials designed to give us twice the life at about 50% of the cost of the equipment manufacturer. This has been so successful for us that we are reverse engineering wear parts for other types of equipment on a continual basis.
